320V 160AH EV Electric Tractor Lithium Ion Battery Pack CAN Communication

 

Description:

Lithium ion batteries, if classified by positive chemistry material,  are mainly divided into 2 types. That is, NiMnCo batteries and LiFePO4 batteries.

NiMnCo batteries have many advantages as power batteries in many aspects over LiFePO4 batteries. What's why most electric vehicles use NiMnCo batteries. Tesla use NiCoAl batteries. China top EV manufacturers most use NiMnCo batteries.

 

YM lithium battery packs all use EV level grade A lithium ion cells from China top cell manufacturers such as EVE, CATL, CALB, etc or foreign  battery brand such as Samsung, LG,Panasonic,  A123, etc if project requrirements need.

BMS with CAN communication is purchased from China top BMS manufacturers. BMS with RS485 communication or without communication can be developped by ourselves.

Advanced battery packing production lines for both cylindrical cells and prismatic cells are equipped with. Annual production capacity can be 2GWh.

 

This 320V 160AH lithium ion battery pack is LiFePO4 battery pack. As the battery application is electric tractor, there is not much dimension limit but requires high safety and long cycle life. To define the battery voltage at 320V is due to that the driving motor is at 30KW power. 30KW motor is normally at high voltage. To match the motor, battery need to be high voltage as well. And high voltage is better for safety and heat dissipation. CAN communcation is needed as customer requires battery info shown on the dashboard.
